If you are hosting an award ceremony, event, trade show stand or seminar, a video journalist is a cost effective and discreet way to get a fast turnaround video to use on social media or to distribute via your database. This is a set price service and can produce fantastic and cost effective results.
We start with a briefing call to find out your messaging and what you want to achieve, we use experienced video journalists who understand a wide range of industry sectors.
The journalist will then turn up to your event and film interviews with delegates and staff, capture the mood of the event and produce a 2-3 minute video edited on site and delivered on the day.
Please note as this is a fast turnaround service we only allow one round of edit changes.

Multi-camera / live streaming
Whether you need a seminar, awards ceremony, workshop, concert or training event recording, we can provide a multi-camera setup and live mix your event using our Tricaster Mini portable production system. Multi-camera events are edited in real time with the Tricaster to capture the atmosphere as it happens. We can also incorporate powerpoint and video sources and can feed stage monitors with our vision mixed output to help a larger audience feel closer to the action. The Tricaster is like having a full broadcast studio in a flightcase.
As well as recording your seminar, we can also offer Real Time Web Streaming. This means we can capture your live event and stream it direct to the Internet live. Those who are unable to attend the event can watch live and not miss a single piece of the action. During the broadcast we can post updates to Facebook and Twitter as well as incorporate Skype calls and Twitter questions into your live show.
Live vision mixing also saves days of editing which make it a very cost effective way to record your event or seminar. Our experienced team can hand over the completed video as soon as the event is over, in whatever format you need.
We can also produce short summary videos with vox pops of delegates to publicise future events. These can be edited onsite and uploaded to social campaigns on the day of the event.
