LivePerson are a technology company who create products for online chat, marketing and analytics. Their mission is to ‘create meaningful connections’.

LivePerson also hold Engagement Matters events across the globe. They provide potential clients with the opportunity to hear from the LivePerson team and their customers, about how their products can benefit businesses.

The brief

To create a series of videos for the Engagement Matters event to encourage attendance to subsequent events.

Testimonial Videos

Sprat also produced a series of testimonial videos for LivePerson, demonstrating the value LivePerson solutions provide for their clients. The videos covered multiple sectors and included some very large companies such as o2, Talk Talk, UPC, COOP Bank, Sun Life and T Mobile.

The testimonial videos featured Liveperson clients as the end users of the LivePerson solutions. Even though the messaging is different in each video we developed a shooting and editing style that ensured all the videos had an identifiable style and feel.
